Aqua Speed RAPID goggles are designed for racing and training, as their uniquely shaped lenses provide improved water flow and reduced drag. RAPID feature a comfortable soft TPE gasket made using ultraFUSE technology, with 5 sizes of interchangeable nose bridges and a quickFIT rear buckle. All this makes RAPID goggles durable and easy to adjust for a leak-free fit. UV-protected, impact resistant polycarbonate lenses coated with an Anti-Fog layer guarantee panoramic vision and glare reduction. If you wish to only return your items, our courier company will pick up the items from your home or office free of charge.
If in case you decided to exchange your items with a different size / color or any other item, our courier company will then pick up the item from your place and give you the new exchange item on the spot.
*All Heavy Equipment's that requires installation, once installed return or exchange are not applicable. Our maintenance team will make sure to show the machine or any heavy equipment live before installment.
PAYMENT
Currently our payment option is only cash on delivery, the total amount of your order will be collected upon delivery by our courier company.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, undamaged, unopened packaging with all tags attached.
Food items, sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
*Fitness Equipment : Bench , Treadmill, Elliptical etc. can not be returned or exchanged once installed*

What are the Return & Exchange Instructions?
To start your returns or exchange process, please go to Return and Exchange Form , Fill in the form with your :
(1) Order Number
(2) Email or Phone Number
(3) Choose if you want to return or exchange
(4) Select how many items you wish to return or exchange
(5) then add the items SKU or Product Title to be returned or exchange
(6) Write down the SKU or Product Title with the items you would like to exchange ( Only Applicable for Exchange)
(7) Return or Exchange Reason
It's alway better to add your email address to the form in order to receive an email confirmation that your form has been made. But don't worry even if you added your phone number we will still receive the form and we'll contact you for confirmation.
Refunds:
We do offer refunds in 2 ways:
(1) Gift Vouchers:
If you wish to return and decided not to exchange it with anything else, you can request a gift voucher excluding the original shipping fees, which is a digital code sent to you by email or SMS with 6 Months expiry date, you can purchase anything at any time from SportsYours.com. Gift Vouchers takes up to 5 working days from the day your return request is submitted.
(2)Cash Money:
if in case you item received is defected / not in good conditions, or do not have the same description, image on the website when purchased and decided not to exchange it with anything else, you can request a refund of your order amount excluding the original shipping fees. Usually, cash refund request takes up to 5 working days to be issued.
