Currently our payment option is only cash on delivery LBP or USD, the total amount of your order will be collected upon delivery by our courier company.
All products available for sale online can be shipped anywhere within all regions of Lebanon
What are the delivery times?
We promise we’re doing everything we can to get your order in your hands as soon as possible.
Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 2 to 4 working days days after confirmation of the order.
Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays.
Couriers deliver between 07:30 and 18:00, and will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they can be asked to leave it with a neighbor, or in a safe place.
The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of two (2) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt, they will return the goods to us.
If you haven't received your tracking number or we are outside of the delivery time frame and you haven’t had any contact from the shipping company, please contact Customer Care

Once you've placed your order we will send you an order confirmation email, detailing what you bought, cost and delivery option.
Tracking Your Order
Any package leaving the warehouse is assigned a tracking number, which will be included in the order confirmation email along with the official electronic receipt.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
After placing your order, the window of time for cancellations or changes is very short due to our automated, real time order fulfillment processes. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your request will be honored. If part or all of your order is successfully canceled, we will send you an email for your records.
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received in it's place
A clear photograph of the item you have received.
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
