Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How much are the returns & exchanges fee?

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, undamaged, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

Food items, sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

*Fitness Equipment : Bench , Treadmill, Elliptical etc. can not be returned or exchanged once installed*

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

What are the Return & Exchange Instructions?
To start your returns or exchange process, please go to Return and Exchange Form , Fill in the form with your :
(1) Order Number 
(2) Email or Phone Number 
(3) Choose if you want to return or exchange
(4) Select how many items you wish to return or exchange
(5) then add the items SKU or Product Title to be returned or exchange
(6) Write down the SKU or Product Title with the items you would like to exchange ( Only Applicable for Exchange)
(7) Return or Exchange Reason

It's alway better to add your email address to the form in order to receive an email confirmation that your form has been made. But don't worry even if you added your phone number we will still receive the form and we'll contact you for confirmation.

 Refunds:
We do offer refunds in 2 ways:

(1) Gift Vouchers:
If you wish to return and decided not to exchange it with anything else, you can request a gift voucher excluding the original shipping fees, which is a digital code sent to you by email or SMS with 6 Months expiry date, you can purchase anything at any time from SportsYours.com. Gift Vouchers takes up to 5 working days from the day your return request is submitted.

(2)Cash Money: 
if in case you item received is defected / not in good conditions, or do not have the same description, image on the website when purchased and decided not to exchange it with anything else, you can request a refund of your order amount excluding the original shipping fees. Usually, cash refund request takes up to 5 working days to be issued.
